BCV Resale Info...

Someone on the boards had asked a little bit ago if there were any BCV Resales out there. Well, I noticed that Jaki (www.atimeshare.com/disney) has one resale of 350 points banked and 350 more in Sept @ $76/point. Seems like a good deal if I were in the market for a contract of that size.

At any rate, I just wanted to let those folks wondering out there that BCV resales do pop up every so often.

Looks like the Timeshare Store also has 100 points for BCV right now as well.

I saw that 350 BCV resale too. The contract must have been purchased but never used.

My understanding (I am not an expert or insider) is that there have been BCV resales for some time, but as the demand greatly exceeded the supply, they never even made it to posted listings. The resellers already had buyers lined up.

So it's interesting that some resales are now actually getting posted. Maybe supply and demand are becoming more balanced.
