BCV Rack Rate

Does anyone know what the rack rate is for a 2-BR at BCV during the summer months? I'm short points (who isn't!) for next summer so I'm trying to figure some options. I think DVC gets 25% off rack rate - if available. Other option is renting points. Thanks for any thoughts!

BCV is $595 next summer (value season). You can call MS and see if the discount is available. I booked 2 nights on cash with the 25% discount at BWV for June 2007 a few weeks ago.

FYI the 25% is not guaranteed. Rack rate before August 8 is $669.38 and $866.38 after August 8.

I would think your better off renting the points. Maybe its my timing, but I've never been able to get the discount!!!!
