We always have a larger occupantcy(sp) room then people too.
I did book a night at BCV when we were there in December. Our OKW 1 BR sat empty that night. The two of us went over and enjoyed SAB and the spa. This is why we bought a small BCV add-on. To have access and abide by the rules.
I wonder what Disney Resorts does about unauthorized resort guests or non resort guests? We have seen many of those in 11 years.
