BCV Paperwork

I'm guessing this may have been discussed before so I apologize ahead of time for the repetitiveness if it has been. It has been 2 weeks since we called and added on 100 points at the BCV. It has been charged to our AMEX card, as I just received the bill. We haven't received any paper work, however. This is the second time we have added on and I don't remember it taking this long to get the papers. We are not financing this so I thought we would have had them by now. I know they have been very busy so I may just be getting too impatient.

That just happened to me! They took 2 weeks, but I called our guide to get them that "fast"! Otherwise who knows how long it would have taken. He said they were really backed up with sales at BCV "going through the roof", so why don't you give your guide a call?

Our paperwork took a little longer this time, also, but our guide had noted that it would take several days to have it work through the system. Even with no financing paperwork or credit checks, it took more than a full week to get the paperwork in our hands.

We talked by phone to purchase 200 BCV points on the 4/19. They hit our AMEX yesterday (4/30) and we are still waiting for the paperork. We are told they are 10 days to two weeks behind.
