BCV or BWV

Any recent visits - I'd like to know how the rooms were and general service?

Was at BCV last sept. The room was not as clean as i would have liked to see, dirty sock under table. batery on floor by slider door and a bit dusty. As for BWV I could not say untill april 15

We had 5 nights in a dedicated studio at BWV this past December, and really the service and the room were excellent. We had one of the pass along Christmas trees, and it was delivered to our room within 5 minutes of our call to Bell Services, and luggage came in a timely fashion as well. We are very pleased with our BWV home. Our room did have the new style sofa bed, but we didn't use it.

Last week at BCV. Room fine. Broken remote and no pillows or blankets for the 1BR pullout. Mousekeeping was great but I wasn't happy about getting back to the room late, looking for pillows/blankets and calling them at 11:30 PM.

Just got back from BWV last night - had studio room 3066 - right off elevators - pool view - or lack of pool view since we had two big trees blocking the view - but we didn't sweat it - we were just happy to be there, of course - being that we only booked at the end of December and were happy our waitlist came through...

Anyway, no complaints here - EVERYONE was pleasant, and room was in perfect shape...

October 2006 visit, BWV... new sofabed in place, room without fault.
Dishwasher was replaced during our visit and the workers couldn't have been more mortified than to be there while I was actually in the room ...
But I was waiting for DD's arrival... doing the pay it forward postcards and confirming all our scheduled plans, and really didn't mind the interruption.
Not even the ususal paint chipped complaint. Looked great. Service, outstanding.

I was at BWV in Oct. 2006. Had a 2BR (1BR & Studio). Both were great - no complaints.
