My wife & I bought enough points to stay in a Studio every year.

Our first year we thought we would use all our 'Magic Beginnings' bonus points to stay in a 1 Bedroom.

After staying in a one bedroom, we could NEVER stay in a studio ever again.

As a result we can now only ever visit WDW once every other year.

If you're looking to rent, this will likely be moved over to the rent/trade board. I will warn you, however, that if you're looking to go this October you're probably out of luck. All the DVC resorts have been sold out for that period for quite a while.

Fall is a popular time for DVC members, and October is particularly popular in the Boardwalk/BCV area due to the Food & Wine Festival at Epcot. To get something over there at that time, you need to plan and try to book between 7 and 11 months ahead of time.
