BCV info please

Just a couple of questions
How do the refillable mugs work- are they dating them or if we get some next week and then come back in October are they still good?

Are there any special offers for use of bicycles and boats?

Is there a game room?

No game room?...If you mean no game room at just BCV than that is correct, but there is a game room next to Beaches and Cream right outside the hotel portion of the resort.

Just a thought.

Not sure what you mean by game room. If you looking for a community halll like at BWV, no there is not one, but if you looking for an arcade there is one at the BC, right next to Beaches and Creme.

The mug question is one of great debate and may be changing soon. I will tell you the last time I was at the Beach Club I was told that the mug I purchased was a lifetime refillable mug, as a matter of fact there was a sticker on the outside wrapper that said "lifetime refills". From what I understand this policy may be changing throughout all of WDW.

I am not sure about the bike/boat rental.

I have read on another thread that there is a family package for recreation, boat and bike plan. this is only available where they have both the boats and bikes, not the surrey bikes. It is $199 for either 4 or 5 people for the duration of your stay. You would need to check at what marinas this is for. I know it is at the Poly, WL and a few others. When I called to make reservations for next year for a room I mentioned this and the agent was able to find it. Great deal, especially since we will be there with 4-16 year old girls for 10 days.
