BCV in Oct at 7 months

What do you think are my chances of getting a dedicated 2 bedroom at BCV next October, probably the Friday of Columbus weekend thru Tuesday? I won't be able to make a reservation until 7 months out since my home resort is SSR. Just hoping.

BCV is only a small resort and is very popular so I would have a back up plan with a room at SSR just incase.

Especially if you want a dedicated with 2Qs it will be tough. I think there are only 25 of them. The fact that it's a weekend may help you and it's before the Christmas decorations are in full force. Pixie dust!

PS. I just re-read your note...isn't Veteran's day in November? If you mean to try for an October visit, I think chances are close to 0.

Sorry, I meant Columbus day weekend. I am hoping but we shall see. Do you lthink I would be better off to buy points from someone for that Sunday and Monday night and then just try for Friday and Saturday at the 7 months??

If you are comfortable with transferring or renting, then I do think that would be a way to assure your stay will be in BCV. I hope you are successful!

Also, even for the weekend, because it is during Food and Wine and Many people just want to be at BCV or BWV to be close to Epcot, I really think that even the weekend would be hard for what you want.

I hope someone else chimes in, but really, I think you stand a bit of a better chance at BWV, but they do not have any dedicated 2 bedrooms at all, which is another reason why BCV is so much harder to get at that time.
