BCV Feb. 3 confirmed

Hello all,
During a conversation with my guide today, I was told BCV will go on sale Feb. 3. Price would be $75 per point, but a price increase to $80 per point will go into effect in June. Point chart for BCV supposed to be same as BWV preferred view, with no other "views" planned.

Think MB will be offered for BCV. And if so what is the number of point required to do that. Assuming they offer $10 pp, otherwise it's better to keep points.

I wonder how long it will be before they have any states approved for sale. It almost makes me wonder if you will have to buy at WDW before the point increase. If I remember right, VWL didn't have too many states approved before the place even opened. I may have to start working on my husband since we will be there the second week of May. I'm also wondering if they will have a mock up villa to see at the offices at BWV. I would love to see what the villas are going to look like before buying. That's if I can talk my husband into a 100 point add-on.

I did ask about MB for BCV, and my guide said she didn't know yet whether it would be offered or not, or, if it is, what the amount per point would be.

I've read on this board that a BCV model room is already complete at the DVC sales office at BW. Just waiting to pull back the curtain on Feb 3!

We actually saw the mock room, but sshhh don't tell anybody, we weren't supposed to. It has a seaside feel to it. More like BW then WL. The table has a bench and it is a rounded rectangular table not the usual small round one. Other then different furniture the room is cookie cutter to the other villas. Small differences but nothing major.
We will be buying in Feb!! Hooray!

There is one significant difference with the BCV rooms. The connecting door between the 1BR and studio is in the entryway instead of in the living room. In this respect it will be more like the OKW layout than either BWV or VWL.

Room size will be similar to BWV/VWL.

Thanks! I have been trying to decide if I want to go to Disney after a business trip in Feb (does anyone know how crowded the first week in March is?) This may swing me to go. I am thinking about adding 50 points here and selling my HH addon. (or maybe I will just keep both, but I have NO idea why a singel female needs 250 points! LOL)
