I read a recent post here that says BCV studios do NOT have DVD players in them. Can we bring our own - is there a place to hook it up to the TV, either on the front or back? DS15 LOVED the free DVD rentals when we stayed in a 1 bedroom.....

Thanks for any info.....

No, the studios don't have a DVD player.

I could hook up my camera to the studio TV so I think you would be able to hook up a DVD player.

The free rentals turned out to be great! One day of my Dec. trip it rained too hard to go to any parks for awhile, so my friend and I spent the morning watching The Emperor's New Groove. Check the DVD containers when you rent them because I did get one that had the wrong DVD in it.

Despite the size of room we've had, on our last couple of trips we've brought our own DVD player and have hooked it up to the t.v. (sometimes it's been a little tricky getting to the connections on the back of the t.v.) To make sure the cords reach the connections I also always make sure to bring an extra extension cord and cable cord in case I need them. Keep in mind that most of the electrical plugs are behind the t.v. cabinet which can't be moved to plug in your DVD so the extra extension cord is very helpful to have. On a trip at the Boardwalk I didn't have either one and literally had to balance the DVD player on two pillows on the bench next to the t.v.

You shouldn't have any problems if you want to bring your own.
