Bcv Dues?

Hi! Can't seem to read back past 12/2 so I'm sorry if this is a repeat.
Haven't rec'd our dues bill yet. Online, it indicates approx. $10 increase. NOT COMPLAINING!!!
But wondering if the 'overpymt of taxes=dues DECREASE' does not apply to BCV owners?

At the annual meeting they explained that the property taxes at all of the DVC resorts had been overestimated and the amount overpaid will be credited to the 2008 dues. BCV owners reportedly overpaid by .07 per point.

OKW taxes were reduced $0.08 per point, VB - $0.12 less, HH - $0.01 less, BWV - $0.09 less, VWL - $0.08 less, BCV - $0.07 less, SSR - $0.07 less and AKV - $0.09 less (this will be prorated based on when each AKV member actually joined just as the original dues were prorated for 2007).

Doc's right. We did get a copy of the minutes in the mail. It sure take's a lot of patience to get through all the legal talk and totally comprehend them.
