I did not notice a Community Hall at the BCV during my walkthrough on Monday. Was I mistaken or does this DVC villa not have one?

Please tell me I was wrong!

Tampapirate,
I am sorry but VWL and BCV were built without Community Hall's. For some people this doesn't matter, but it was a factor in our decision to add-on at BWV instead of BCV, along with the fact that they did not put in any GV's. I think it's great that we could stay there someday with the 7 month window, I hope to try ALL the DVC resorts!:D

So what's in the building by the BCV pool? I figure there are locker rooms, maybe a sauna. Anything else?

Thanks for the info.

Tampapirate, I'm not totally sure, but I THINK you can use the Community Hall over at BWV's... at least we did when we stayed at OKW & Pool Hopped to BWV's... The place was nearly empty, for that matter whenever we go there there's only a handfull of people at a time... I think it's a well kept secret!!!

There is a Drawing Room which has a TV showing Toon Disney and sofas and chairs and The Breezeway which has large bookshelves and tables and chairs. There are no activities. There is also the Solarium which is a large room (very nicely air conditioned when you pass through!) which also has a lot of sofas and chairs. It would be nice if it had a Community Hall or at least some type of scheduled activities for the kids like WL has.

GCM13... You mention passing through the Solarium... Does it connect from the Beach Club to the Beach Club Villas? I saw them building the entrance to it back in April from the BC, but I wasn't sure if it was going to connect to the Villas? Does it connect and is it just a sitting area?

Terry, there is a sidewalk between the Solarium and the BCV. It is not covered. There is a covered walkway to the main BC that enters across from the store. Yes, it is just for sitting. There is a large counter that looks like it may be for entertaining, but no sink. I rarely saw people in there, it seemed that it was used mainly to pass through. It did seem quicker to the lobby to cut through the Solarium than to follow the covered path. Another quick way to the lobby is to take the sidewalk beside the Solarium to the main entrance.
