This morning I spoke to a wonderful CM at MS named Michael. I was making our reservations for our August, 2005 trip at BCV. I told Michael that I wanted to be sure that I reserved a two bedroom unit with the second bedroom having 2 queen beds. I also told him that I thought that was what I reserved for last May at BCV but ended up with a queen and a sleeper because the front desk told me that I had not reserved the 2 queens. He checked my last May ressie and told me that indeed I had reserved the 2 queen beds and that at check in they told me this because I was not assigned to what I reserved. I do not like the wool being pulled over my eyes by the front desk. He admitted that BCV has had problems because CM's were not trained properly in the workings of DVC. He said that DVC members should be treated better than the daily guests because we have committed to Disney for 50 years. This guy was so refreshing. He also said that I should call MS if I had problems when checking in. I told him that we always check in over the weekend and MS is closed. He said that was the fault of the members since we voted on having MS open only 5 days a week. I would like to see MS open 24/7. I know that this means a raise in our dues, but I prefer the service and would not think that it would be thar much more. I just want folks to be aware what happened in my situation and I will know be more assertive.
