BCV Budget Estimate/Annual Meeting mailer

Has anyone received the pamphlet that announces the BCV annual meeting and has the estimated budget and dues? I've received our BWV pamphlet, and I know when the BCV member meeting is scheduled, but would like to read the rest of the info.... should I call MS? If no one has received theirs I'll assume the booklets are just not out yet...

We haven't gotten ours yet either. Got one for VWL, and I kind of wondered if we only got one from there because it was our first contract, and where we have more points than at BCV. But I would have liked to have received one from BCV.
