BCV Arrival Questions

Hi all-

I've tried searching the boards for the answers to these questions but I guess I'm not entering the right keywords because I'm sure I'm not the first to ask. That being said, I was wondering about our check-in day at BCV. We will probably arrive around 11:00 am and I understand check-in is not until 4:00. Do the villas do early check-in where they will take our bags like at the regular resorts? And will we be able to access SAB prior to check-in on arrival day?

Also, I'd love to hear your favorite arrival day meal locations & activities at BC/YC/BW.

You check into the BCV in the BC itself at the main desk. You can check in as early as about 6 AM. If your room is not ready - which is very likely- you can check your bags with Bell Services and head out for the day. Pack swim wear in your carry on if you want to access SAB.
We usually arrive about noon, check in, in the past get our KTTW cards, but this trip insure our Magic Bands are all set, get our DDP entitlements set and head to Epcot for lunch. We usually stay in Epcot WS until about 5 PM when we head back to our Villa. We have always gotten in by 5 at the latest, although there are periodic reports of it being later in the day.
I schedule our wegoshop.com delivery for about 5:30. This way I settle in our Villa, unpack and get organized for the week, put the groceries away and freshen up for dinner. We usually walk back to Epcot for a WS TS dinner about 7:30.
I wish it was today!!!! But I am in my double digit dance for our upcoming F & W Fest October trip.

Yes, you can check-in as soon as you arrive at the resort. If the room is ready at that time you can check-in. If the room is not ready, you can leave your luggage with the Bell Hop. You can access SAB, after you check-in but everyone in your party will need their MBs with them.
