BCV Arrival Questions

[The VWL Five]

Heading to the BCV for the first time. I hear it's a far walk from the Villas to the front desk. Should we valet and do the bellhop thing or check in and drive over to the Villas? Sounds like parking is close to the Villas but I wonder which is easiest.

Either will work just fine. The distance is less than 50 yards from the villas to the desk area and shouldn't be much problem at all.

The villas are connected by covered walkway to the BC or by an open sidewalk (which will save a few steps) but the distance is closer to the desk than some rooms at BC itself.

Go ahead and vallet and use the bellman services. The walk isn't really THAT far and can be easily done. It isn't like OKW where you need to park, check in and drive to the villas.
Some of the rooms can be a walk, but then again, there are some rooms that are right next to the covered walkway attached to the lobby.

We had a piece of luggage with wheels, so we checked in then parked and brought our own luggage to the room. But we were closer to the parking lot than some of the other rooms.
