Will I need Feb UY to book for Presidents Week or Easter?
I havd VWL w/Dec UY and I'd rather not have 2 different UY's.

I would need a 1 bedroom.

First of all, your UY has nothing to do with when you can book your stay. Everyone can book a stay 11 months prior to their check-out date at their home resort regardless of their UY, and at 7 months prior to check-out at the other resorts.

It's helpful to have your UY start just before your primary travel dates, just in case you ever have to cancel a trip. If you cancel the trip at least 31 days prior to check-in, the points go back in your account and you have many months left in your UY to use them. For trips during Presidents week or Easter, your Dec UY would work great. If you canceled a trip at either of those times, you would still be in your 100% banking window and would have the option to bank all of the current-year points used for the reservation and up to 8 months left in your UY to use any banked or borrowed points used for the reservation.
