BCV 2 bedroom lockoffs--2 sets of keys?

We have family that had booked a studio and a 1br at BCV so we saved points by rebooking as a 2br lockoff. Can they get separate keys? Or will all keys work on both doors? They won't be sharing the common area, so will truly be using it locked off.

All KTTW cards will open both doors. They can't be coded any differently since it's reserved as a 2-bedroom.

Makes sense, that's what I figured.

We don't do the DP, but this is good to know if the others in the group want to consider it.

I didn't tell anybody I rebooked as a 2br, I think I'm just going to check in for them and lock off the rooms and then act surprised that they are right next to each other!

Another issue is charging privileges. Will you have them on the room key cards. If so, they are supposed to be able now to put two different credit cards on the room so that those staying in the studio portion will have separate charge privileges on their keys to their own credit card. However, despite being able to do it, success has been reported as spotty with members finding at the end of the trip that only one credit card was charged for everything.
