I managed to get a 1br for our spring break week in Apr

first time staying there I see there are dedicated 1br and lockoffs - my reservation confirmation doesn't state anything other than 1br - does that mean i'm in a lockoff or a dedicated or does it mean undecided at this point in time?

Only a 2-bedroom villa can be reserved as either a dedicated or lockoff (when both are available at a resort).

There are some villas (studios and 1 bedrooms) that are considered dedicated - they don't attach to another villa. I don't think they are a separate booking category - I think you just put in a request with MS. I have requested dedicated studios for our trip next month - hope we get them.
