So I think we've narrowed down our choices to BC, poly or akl 1 bed villa. we are a family of 5 (kids are 5, 7, 9). we will only be there 3 nights following our cruise. arrival day is a resort day. we will likely be there early and will spend all day here. next day is MK and the next day is either DHS or epcot (not sure yet). Obviously there is a few hundred dollard dif between these resorts. at this point I almost don't care about cost, I'm just trying to get a feel for which would serve us better. thinking about transportation and resort activities....which would you choose?
I know my kids would also love AoA but I think that will be too busy for me. Also, I'm usually up before everybody else and I liked (when we stayed at CR) sneaking out of room and getting coffee in lobby then sneaking back into room and out onto balcony. can't do this at AOA. \
so, sell me on your favorite of the above mentioned resorts!

Wth such a short tme there, I would choose between BC and the Poly. The kids will love love love SAB, and the boardwalk area. What's great about it as we'll is being able to walk to Epcot and DHS.. But, my heart is always at the Poly. Something about seeing the castle from the beach. The smell of the tropics.. The pool.. I love it. Also the rooms at Poly are some of the biggest on property.. Tough decision..

Another vote for Poly. Big room, lovely resort area to enjoy on your first day, easy transportation to both MK and Epcot.

I also agree with the Poly. We've stayed at all 3 (although a regular room at AKL and not a villa) and our favorite is the Poly for the tropical atmosphere, the volcano pool, the beach, and Captain Cooks. The rooms at the Poly are quite a bit larger than those at the BC and would provide a little more space to spread out for 5 people. The Poly is not only convenient for MK, but it's also just a 5 minute walk to the TTC to catch the Epcot monorail (if Epcot is your other park). With that said, you really can't go wrong with any of them as all 3 of them are great resorts, but my first choice would be the Poly. Good luck.

Another vote for the Poly! It's very convienent to the MK and a very short walk to the TTC to catch the monorail to Epcot. The rooms are very spacious and the entire resort makes you feel like you are on a tropical island. It's also nice watching the fireworks from the beach. Also the food options there are great!!! You can't go wrong with the Poly!

Thanks all! I am still torn but you have definitely got me thinking Poly! Now to convince the rest of our traveling party.
