BC villas maid service

We booked rooms at the Beach Club villas paying cash, not using points. Am I right that we will get daily maid service this way? Do they make the fold up beds for you? If you request turn-down service do they pull out the beds?
One further question, is dishwasher soap already in the room for your dishes? Thanks

You will get daily maid service as a cash (non-point) reservation, turn down service I have no idea! As for the sofa bed, it willhave the sheets on it whenyou pullit out there will be a blanket and pillows in the closet. If you have requested turn down service and they have said that it is available--thought this was a concierge only perk--the bed will be pulled out and pillows as well as blanket placed on. Dish washing liquid soap is provided for you. If it is not in the room call housekeeping and they will bring you some. Have a great vacation!

Thanks! I read (in passporter I think) that turn down service is available as long as you request it at check-in, is that incorrect?
