BC Villa Room Requests and Travelling With

Hello!! We are about 3 weeks from our trip. We are extended family that booked 3 rooms split stay for 3 nights at CBR followed by 3 rooms for 6 nights at the BCV (2 1 Bedrooms and 1 Studio)
I have already had 'Traveling With' added to both resort room bookings. I want to call in and add another request that we would love a big balcony. I looked up views from some of the 1 bedrooms at BCV and from the photos, I really like the Epcot view from room 271 or 371. Are any of you familiar with this room? Also, when putting in room requests at the Beach Club Villas, what would be my best bet to have them notate so we get our desired location? I have only booked multiple rooms once and our rooms ended up being pretty far apart, maybe even on different floors (this was at the YC). So proximity to each other is our biggest request, followed by a bigger balcony that is not located on the first floor. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

DVC rooms are hit and miss with req due to the different categories.
You need to see which is more important : Your request of a location!/ view/balcony , or trying to be on same floor as other family.

I have another question...... We will have CBR send our bags over to BCV. Do our bags go to the BC lobby or is there somewhere in BCV that the luggage will be delivered.

It will be delivered to their Bell Services desk. Once you have been assigned your rooms and are there, call them or stop by the Bell Stand to have them delivered to your rooms. Normally, you do have to be present in the rooms to have luggage delivered.

If the priority is to be as close as possible to each other, I would make that your only request for each room

We have also had times when we were not close and different floors. All you can do is go to the front desk when you get there and see if they got you close and if not would be a way to move you.

Luggage goes to bell services and arrives in the late afternoon. Once it does, you can call from your room and they will bring it up to you.

I called and made sure that we were all linked. The CM on the phone also put in a building request for CBR and a full balcony request at the BCV. He put the same requests in the other 2 reservations, so all 3 of ours would say the same thing. I'll let you all know how it goes once we get our rooms assigned.

Hopefully it will work out for you. The biggest balconies are on the second floor and they shrink as you go up.
