BC to Kona and Universal?

I have two transportation questions....

1) What is the best way to get from BC to Kona for an ADR at 8:55am? Bus to Poly? Bus to monorail TTC? From BC or possibly Epcot? What time should we leave to get there by 8:40am?

2) How do we get from BC to Universal for a day (will not have a car)?

Using Disney Transportation, the best way to get to the Poly from the BC would be to take the bus over to the MK and from there either the boat or monorail over to the Poly. I would be at the bus stop by 7:55. The quickest way would be to take a taxi.
There are no buses that go from resort to resort and there are no resort buses that go over to the TTC.

2) How do we get from BC to Universal for a day (will not have a car)?

You can rent a car for the day, there is an Alamo location at the Dolphin. You can hire a town car service, which will cost about $80 roundtrip or you can use Mears Transportation, they have a shuttle service that will take you from your resort to Universal, Sea World etc, I think that cost is about $16 or $19 per person.
