I need help picking my resort. We mainly stay at the Poly, so I do not want to be disappointed by not staying there again. My DH is determined to try something new though. So Can anyone tell me which resort they would prefer & why. I have 3 small children ages 10, 7, 1. So I want it to be easy for us to get around.

beach club because you can walk to MGm and Epcot and there ar 4 hotels to visit withing wlking distance

Of these , I would pick the BC. It is in a different part of WDW and will be a great choice for your family. You can take the boat or walk to MGM and Epcot. With 3 kids, the boat may be a better choice.

Beach Club!!

Great pool
close to 2 of the parks -- walking distance to Epcot--boat to MGM
Bus transpo was not bad for the others

and not to mention Beaches and Cream!! YUM!! great hamburgers and ice cream-- :sunny:

I agree I like the pool at BC and how close it is to Epcot and MGM.
But I like the theming of WL better, and its only a boat ride to MK, and you have easy access to the other three resorts, and nice walk or boat ride to FW. And its a very quiet resort. But its a tough decision.

I think it really depends on what park(s) you plan on spending the most time at. If the Poly is in your budget and the MK is the park that you are going to spend the most time at I would say stay with the Poly. If you are looking to save a little on the room but you are still going to spend most of your time at MK then go with the WL.

The BC does have the best main pool with Stormalong Bay but it is most convienent to EC and I am not sure if that is where you will be spending most of your time with three children.

That's a tough one. We have a terrible time deciding between the two, so that's why we split our stay between the two when we go for two weeks in June! WL is easier to get around in the sense that it is a smaller, more compact resort. The pool is smaller, which is not necessarily a bad thing, and it is much easier to get a good, quick bite to eat at Roaring Forks. However, the pool area at BC is wonderful, but it is a little difficult to keep up with three children due to the size and layout. You will love either one.

Thank you everyone for all the info. I think I will go with majority & pick the BC. We do tend to stay the MK mostly. But we will visit all of the parks, and I will have my car. Thanks again for all the great advice.
