I have two rooms res at the Poly for Pres week.
My problem is they have no Concierge available. My dad and father-in-law both have insulin dependent diabetes...so I like the idea of them being able to get snacks whenever they need them.
There are Concierge rooms available at BC.

Should I book those and hope one opens up at Poly or keep the Poly rooms?

I had to waitlist just to get A ROOM at the Poly....

If your dad and father in law would feel better having the snacks there incase they need them, I say you shoud book the Club Level room at the Beach Club. So if a Club Level room does not open up at the Poly at least you would have the reservation for the Beach Club. Of course if a Club Level room opens up at the Poly then you could just change the reservation to there.

Don’t quote me on this but I believe all deluxe resorts have refrigerators upon request. You could fill them with snacks, snacks, snacks, snacks, snacks, snacks and more snacks.

I have stayed at the Poly and the Beach Club.

The Poly wins hands down.

Good luck
Cyril

Since their room renovations the Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian and Wilderness Lodge are the only Resorts where they have refrigerators in all their rooms. That includes both regular and Club Level rooms, so at those locations you don't need to request one.
