BC- 4bdrm presidential cost?

anyone know where I can find the approx. cost of a 4 bedroom bonnet creek presidential for October 2013?
Are there any other places like bonnet creek that offer 4 bedrooms. It would be 2 families with kids going together so 4 bedrooms would be ideal I love the idea of a house rental with our own pool but really love all the theming at the BC pools. the kids would love it!

We got one through VS for April for $140/night.

maybe it depennds on the date. I got a quote from vacation strategy for a 4 br for 7 nights and it was 1599.00 but the check in date is for Thanksgiving day.
