I have added half board plus to our booking (for budgeting rather than to save money) and was wondering if it is possible to use vouchers and pay the difference for entrance to BBWWS? Thanks x

yes, but its an expensive way of doing BBWWS. Your half board plus voucher would be used at its cash value, and it would be deducted from the full show price.

You can get BBWWS tickets for 30 euros, so in effect you're paying twice as much doing it the half board way.

Thanks for your help. I knew it would be more expensive but I was going to wait until we are there to decide whether or not to do BBWWS. We have never seen it and now the children are a bit older we were tempted. The best price for the early evening show is 160¬ for us on the French booking site and I am afraid that when we are there the children might be too tired to enjoy it.. Every trip we are in the parks from EMH and are shattered by teatime. Both DD &DS need their 12 hours sleep. So I was hoping to wait and see how we all feel on the day before committing ourselves.

I'm also debating whether to book to see the Wild West show - our children are 6 and almost 4, and I think my son in particular would love it but it seems soooo expensive doesn't it! It would be 160 euros for all of us too, and I hadn't thought about the tiredness issue. We would have to do the half 6 show as the other one will be too late.

I ma trying to work out when you are actually there as your ticker says 1month but your trips list says the 18th March? If you are there the 18th or 19th Id happily get you BBWWS tickets at my Dream annual pass price of 40% off - its 36+ for adult 28+ kids ( roughly ) = If this is not poss somebody in the know tell me - but I'd happily help you out if I could?:goodvibes

We are going on the 15th and have got 2 Birthday free passes so only needed to buy 2 tickets one for my 3yr old and 1 for me !

Love your name btw - never saw Eve spelt like that ! That is your name isn't it :duck:

Hi Daisyduck thank you for your kind offer! :goodvibes I think we will play it by ear and decide what to do when we get there. We haven't told the kids about our trip yet so they will not be disappointed if we don't do BBWWS this time.. and there will always be a next time :rolleyes1 if I have anything to do with it!! I just noticed that my ticker was wrong and I have changed it now . We are arriving on the 18th and we can't wait!

I'm glad you like the name Aobh - it is my daughter's name. She was named after the mother of the children of Lir (a story from Irish mythology)

No worries

If you like you can pm and I'll give you my number in case you change your mind when you are there ! I thought this was a good price - we are getting a real bargain as we've two birthdays in the month we are there so are defo going - it'll be our first time too - 6.30 show as the boys are 3 & 5 and cat 2 as 5yrold has allergies ! Mc D's before hand too as they'll not eat there! But me and DH will give it a go ! DH looking forward to the beer really - one thing we don't do at Disney is drink really ! And as we're Irish its unheard of:rotfl2:

I see you've been in March before - we go summer months so am freaking out a bit about how cold its going to be? Do you bring thermals etc?

On both previous March trips we have needed suncream :rotfl2: Lots of continental europeans in big coats and scarves and we were walking about in our t-shirts!. I'm hoping it will be like that again this year but i will be packing fleeces and raincoats and keeping an eye on the weather forecast just in case!

I will speak to DH about the BBWWS again and i'll PM you if we decide to do it. DD is 8 now and DS is 4 and I think they'd love it! I would have to order beer at the show and give it to DH to get good value for money lol he usually gets 2 cans from the relay shop at the train station as a treat :lmao:

Thanks for that - I know we are used to the cold but being out all day and the boys in the buggy? Im worried they'd be cold? And they don't take any type of hot drink?

My DH has bought the tins before too and even a half bottle of vino but by the time we've got back to the room we just collapsed. But that was July and we were not back until after 11pm so this time we might appreciate a wee tipple:)
