BBW "Shearling" bear-- is it real suede?

I'm thinking about getting one at the $37.50 price but I'm not interested if it's faux suede. TIA!

It's not real suede or shearling. I think I remember it saying that in the description when you click on the item.

I got one of the mink ones when they had the computer glitch and they were only 9.37. They are HUGE but unless you need a really really huge teddy bear I would not buy one.

Thanks for the response. I didn't think the description was clear:

"This luxurious, oversized stuffed bear is made of ultra-suede with fabulous faux shearling trim, and sports a faux suede matching bow around his neck."

It said "faux shearling" and that the bow was faux suede but what's "ultra-suede"?

Anyway, thanks for your help-- I guess I"ll pass on this one.

I guess all I saw was the "faux-suede" bow part!

I saw one of these in the store and MAN are they big. I felt of it too and it definitely didn't feel like real suede to me. I'm actually glad I didn't try when they were even $9 because I wouldn't have room for the thing!

Ultra-suede is a microfiber fabric that has the look and feel of suede but is completely washable. For that reason, it's often used as a suede substitute in garments. It's also cheaper than real suede and less durble.
