BBQ time!

Well after jet washing the patio yesterday it is fab weather so BBQ time tonight



So who else is enjoying this lovely weather?

I wish I could say us, but you'll have to enjoy the weather twice as much on behalf of us - it's gray, cloudy and rubbish up this side

Bought the food this morning intending to do one and its gone cold out now, guess I'll have to do it under the grill. Hope you have a fab bbq

We have been so lucky to have two lovely weekend on the trot. We won't be having a BBQ, but I'm going to get the grass cut today and have a lie out in the sun

At least it's perked up today

It did indeed. I so didn't inherit any Scottish blood from my family though - I still had a nice thick cardi on but did get outdoors and do plenty of cleaning. So nice to see blue skies!

Went to a place called Paignton yesterday for an evening meal and although the sunset wasn't looking amazing the atmosphere and just the feeling of being somewhere WARM in the UK was amazing

BBQ time for us too (we have had 5 already as DH got a new BBQ last week!) Hopefully the weather will be nice on Friday for a BBQ too. DH got a Heston Blumenthal cook book for Christmas and he bought the meats today to try to make Hestons ultimate burger (the recipe looks quite complicated!!)

Have you tried any other recipes from the book? I have been tempted to get it but haven't yet.

I've had this week off work and I couldn't have asked for nicer weather! My sister was visiting from the north and I've met up with some other friends so we've had 2 BBQs this week and hope to have some more soon with mooore bank holidays coming up!

Had our first BBQ of the year yesterday Tbh, it was quite cold outside but we'd just bought a new BBQ as our old one was on its last legs so ya know, any excuse

We have quite alot left over as well so hopefully it stays dry for another one today!
