The only place I have ever ate Ribs at WDW was the Hoop Dee Doo Review and they were awesome!!

Flame Tree barbeque at AK has great ribs.

I smoke my own ribs 3 or 4 times a month so maybe I'm a little picky. I have yet to order ribs at WDW that weren't overcooked or dried out. I've had them at Coral Isle Cafe ( now Knoa Cafe ), Poly Luau, Cape May Clam Bake and I believe at Wispering Canyon several years ago. I've given up on ribs while at WDW the last couple of years. Maybe some have changed since then?

We thought the HDDR ribs were pretty good. I think they have the same ribs on the lunch buffet at Trails End.
