My DD8 loves ribs, so if we eat at Flametree I have a feeling we will have to split the ribs since I don't think she can eat a whole 1/2 slab herself.

My question is where else can I get a decent BBQ beef or pork sandwich...other parks, DTD, etc? I really like them and would love to get one while we are on vacation :).

There's a pretty good one at Studio Catering/Flatbread grill in DHS near the Muppet 3D show. Comes with chips and is on a hoagie type bun.

I think WPE has a BBQ style foccacia, HOB used to have a BBQ pork sandwich maybe they still have one?

ESPN Zone also has a pulled pork sandwich.

I didn't dine there, we found it in the BWI-CL lounge.

I had a really good barbecued pork sandwich at Cosmic Ray's at the Magic Kingdom. I will be back next September for another one. :)

I've had the ones at Big River Grille and ESPN, but hands down the best one I've ever had at WDW was a Pecos Bill counter service in MK. It's probably the same as PP mentioned at Cosmic Ray's, but different MK location....WOW. Great sandwich.

I actually enjoyed the one at Cosmic Ray's better than at Flame Tree!!

I'll be trying Pecos Bill next trip!!

Pretty sure there's one at one of the places in Blizzard Beach, not sure which one.

Oh, and Captain Cook's at the Poly has one Aloha-style or something I think. Also planning to try that next trip!

My husband likes the pulled pork at Cosmic Rays.

I really, REALLY love the BBQ wrap at Rainforest Cafe. You can choose beef or pork. I always choose pork. It's one of my favorites, it comes with chips. Although it's one of the less expensive things on the menu, I do love it. :thumbsup2

Cap'n Cooks CS at the Poly has an AWESOME pork sandwich, think it is the same meat as at the Luau. Totally worth the Monorail ride over.

Really? I thought it tasted like seasoned ketchup...and it was drowned in it. :crazy2:

I know it is not on Disney's property (about 15 mins away) but we always find a way to get to a Sonny's BBQ when we are down there. Being from Chicago, we dont get htem very often, but that is one of our favs. The all you can eat sliced pork... yum....

BBQ at Cosmc Rays and Peco's Bills.. I will have to give that a try... 70 days and counting!
