I am having the hardest time getting our BBB reservations! We always call at the 180th mark but I called yesterday (exactly 180 days from when we will be at MK) and they told me to call today instead. I just got off the phone with them, they told me to maybe call tomorrow or later today as they are still unavailable to take the reservation.It’s been a while since we’ve made BBB reservations but last time I made them we called early morning exactly 6 months before our trip and we had no issues getting it done so I’m not sure if anything had changed? Am I maybe calling too early in the day? Lol

Did they say why they’re unable to make the reservation? If not, I’d call back and find out. It could be they don’t have the calendars loaded yet. I ran into that trying to book Cinderella’s Royal Table last Thanksgiving. I just checked daily until dates were available to book. I’d find out why BBB can’t be booked right now. Hopefully it’s just that they don’t have times loaded yet. Good luck!

Thank you! Yes, that's exactly what was happening, calendars were just not loading at the time I called. I've been so anxious about it, I decided to call an hour later and they were able to book me then. This had never happened to me before, I'm glad I didn't wait until tomorrow like the first CM suggested as we were able to snag first/earliest slot available. Note to self: calling as soon as the lines open is not always a good idea lol
