I know I have seen this website pop-up around here from time to time so wanted to share this article that was in our paper today:

The company appears to have delivered on its promises when it launched midyear in 2011. Customer complaints began surfacing in November, and by the end of December, the Better Business Bureau had received 222 complaints about the Texas-based company.
 
SaveMore is driving me nuts.

I redeemed three gift cards on January 10. I still don't have them and it is Feb. 2nd.

There is one more I purchased but the link doesn't work to actually redeem it. I have called and called and noone answers.

Good to hear. I did complain to BBB (for what it was worth) and they eventually closed the case as unresolved. I did finally get my water bottles about a month later. Over 100 days from placing my order.:confused3
 

Not excited to see this. I know I purchased a reduced-cost Barnes and Noble Card back in December. Just thought it was taking a while. Now I'm hoping I see it. :confused3
 
I have ordered twice from savemore. One order for bamboo sheets that came quickly. The other order was for the water bottles. It took awhile but they did come. Unfortunately they were short one. I called their customer service and they were very helpful and took care of it. I received the 1 plus an extra one. I know sometimes when I go to their site it's not always available. I just went there today and it was fine. I guess you have to be careful but I think savemore is trying and I will order from them in the future if they offer something I want. And just to add their phone number is on their website and they do guarantee 100% satisfaction.

If you paid by credit card, you can stop payment on that transaction until you get your product. That's what I did with the Subway $10 card I finally got from them.
 
I may have to see about reversing a charge,thanks for the tip and GOOD it needs to be warned about...it's a terrible company!
 
Can I dispute the CC if it has been over 30 days since I ordered it?

I have tried calling DAILY and can't ever talk to anyone.

I'm not surprised to see this...I ordered a remote-controlled helicopter for my DS for Christmas back in November. Still haven't seen it. Boo to savemore.com.
 
I too ordered the Barnes & noble gift cards in Dec. and havent received them. I have tried calling SEVERAL times, left several messages and to date have spoken to no one and have received nothing....probably wont either:mad:
 
It took a LONG time but I have gotten everything I ordered thru them. What bugs me is that I can't unsubscribe. I've looked everywhere on their site for a link to cancel my account and just can't find one. I did delete my cc info but I'd like to totally disassociate myself from this one.

I only ordered once from save more and received my gift card code for an online retailer immediately. I guess I was lucky.
 
I ordered the water bottles from them, in September I think it was. I got an email saying my order shipped, 1 month later I didn't have them so I emailed, got and obvious copy/paste reply and gave them another month, still nothing so I emailed again, after that I sent weekly emails until I finally got my water bottles.....I think it took a total of 3-4 months to get my order. Absolutely ridiculous! I won't use them again, no matter how good a deal they offer.
 
It's now been 186 days since I placed my order for the bottles (placed it on August 30th).

They've emailed me a couple times saying they've been shipped out.. I've e-mailed them several times saying I haven't gotten them.

I just e-mailed them a 4th time, so I'll see what they say now.

I think it's going to be a lost cause, lol.. was hoping to get them, :sad2:
 
I did get the water bottles way back when... However, I am waiting for the Subway card & the Burger King card... and I never received the code for the fandango tickets that expired Jan 12 (was supposed to be emailed, but then for "security reasons" they decided to snail mail it. Hmmmmm

Have left many many messages & sent several emails. No message or email has been returned.

They may guarantee 100% satisfaction, but it's hard to take care of your customers if no one returns calls or emails & no one ever answers the phone! I think they stopped trying long ago.
 
I got 2 online vouchers for fabulousnails.com that came through email immediately. I was then dealing with fabulous nails and they are a fine company. Got two sets of nail shields for $2!!!
 
Keep ordering and wait for snail mail and then come back and assuredly state they are a "fine company." :rolleyes:

I also didn't receve my BN gift card. I also never received a phone call back. I posted on their facebook page, and they posted back that they will refund me, that they had issues with the vendor. Yeah...right.

I went to my credit card website and filed a dispute. You can go back to do so. I went back 2 statements for my Chase credit card.
