BBB on Fantasy ??

I had not planned to pay in full until the last date required.
I know that by paying to $0 balance early you are able to book BBB sooner.
Does BBB book up so that I have no chance for an appt if I wait till the PIF date?

You can only book excursion/activities once you have paid in full. It's possible that your PIF date may be later than your excursion booking window opens. Just being paid in full won't open the excursion booking window, as that date is based on your Castaway Club level.

Your chances of getting something can vary from cruise to cruise.

Well, no actual experience, but from what I've read, waiting until the last minute sort of restricts what times are available. If you have a specific date/time you want to be sure to get, I'd suggest going for it as soon as you can. Which may mean having to PIF early.
