BBB (how many appointments per time slot and how often) ; Time they let you into parks before early entry

Hi!
-Anyone know approximately how many salon chairs they have in Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and how often they take appointments- on the hour, every half hour, every 15 minutes?
Trying to surprise my nieces and figure out the odds of ever getting an appointment.

-If early entry at MK starts at 730, do they let people onto Main Street at 645 or 7?

-What time do they usually start letting people in at Epcot/HS to wait for early entry starting at 830?

Yes, I needed 5 reservations. I played around with the reservations, and the most I could get at 1 time was 3 - but you have a better choice of times booking less. I ended up doing 2, 2 and 1. They are each 5 minutes apart. The earliest I have seen is 8 am, though they may have earlier.
Also, remember, you can book enchanting extras like BBB at 12 am. You don't have to wait until 6 am. Lots of choices at 12 am.
edit to add: I got 2 at 8:25, 2 at 8:30 and 1 at 8:35. Then breakfast at the castle at 10:10. We are a party of 22 so no easy feat.

Last time we were there we got to the international gateway at around 8:05 for an 8:30 entry. They started letting us in around 8:15. No guarantee though. We have been held to 8:30 on the dot before also.
Someone else will have to answer about MK/Main Street. We usually have early reservations, but don't get there that early. It's usually 20-25 minutes before the entry time for us.
