Two years ago, I reserved 2 nights at an Orlando hotel, but changed my mind on it, and stayed onsite at Disney for the whole 6 day stay. I cancelled my reserv. months in advance, but the hotel charged me anyways even when I cancelled correctly. Well, I put a complaint into Better Business Bureau, and this morning 2 years later, I recieve a call from the hotel apologizing and crediting my account!! Wow!!! I am truely shocked!!!
