I just don't understand how Disney can not update the information on their website and does not feel it necessary to update their CM's about these types of changes. If you are booking something with certain expectations, especially something so pricey, and then under the impression that you can utilize a service that you have also spent a good amount of money on because it is advertised that way through BBB PDFs and PP maps and info PDFs, then they should honor what is in writing until they formally change this information. I feel bad for the people who don't read the boards and do the amount of research that many of us here do and show up to find this surprise out at the time of their appointment. Disney should be ashamed of themselves... this is clearly bad customer service, but of course they cover themselves with that tagline of... prices and services subject to change without prior notice. Ugh!
