BBB eliminated photopass photographers

Hey now, I sent an email too and I am a guy. But I do all the planning and I am in charge of the if/what BBB and photopass packages we buy. We have always purchased photopass/memory macker and we have done BBB for the past 2 trips and the makeover photos of my daughter have always been better than the after shots at castle couture. My duaghter is only 5 so I felt obligated to help the cuase. I havent recieved a response yet but it sounds like all the emails and complaints have helped.

Thanks for the oversight and you are a great Dad for that! So, yes, thanks to all of you ladies and gentlemen. And speaking of claws, we can add on some PoppaBear ones too!

Just wanted to thank all of you who called, emailed and wrote letters and got Disney to reconsider their decision! I started reading this a few minutes ago because I have 4 granddaughters that I have booked for this next month. I'm thrilled to hear that the photographers are back. My oldest granddaughter did this at the DS location 5 years ago and the transformation pictures and the reveal were some of our favorites from the trip. Great job Dissers!!!

That's pretty much true about park admission. Rides get scheduled for refurb, rides go down, restaurants open and close on varying schedules. Not sure how long ago your DD aged out, but we did BBB at MK last year, and I didn't notice the lighting being bad. Maybe they improved it?? I'm just glad they are keeping it, but the real BBB photos that are worth it are the photo session photos, and those were still available anyway.

We had the opposite. DD is very shy so her makeover pics were really calm and quiet (if that even makes any sense), but the Photopass guys in the photo session had her cracking up. We took tons of pics since we knew it was the only time she'd do it. Lol

Can anyone go into the Disney Springs studio and take pictures or is it only for BBB? I am buying the memory maker and would love to get some family pictures.

I want to thank you all for your efforts in keeping the PP Photographers in BBB. I didn't see this until today and almost have a heart attack until I saw reversal. My younger daughter had her make over last August and it was magical. The smile on my daughters' faces were priceless. I know for sure I would not be able to capture them with my photography skill.

I also just got a call after writing an email after I saw this thread. So glad so many of us put in the effort to write an email and had our voices heard.

For me, I want to watch my daughter enjoy the process not have to take the pictures myself, that's why I got MM. So glad this was reversed

I called a couple of days ago inquiring about getting reservations for BBB, and at the end of the conversation the CM said, "Be sure to get your Memory Maker", to which I responded that we already had it!

I booked may 12, 10am, not sure on availability, I tried right AT 7AM but the reservation system was down, called at 745 and got in no prob! Good luck!
