Hi,

I planning on booking BBB for my 5yr old who is very girly - loves all things princess! We are looking to do this in the castle. Afterwards I was thinking about doing CRT but we've actually already done this in 2013 and whilst we had a nice experience, i'm wondering if there is anything else we could be doing that i'm missing?

My daughter will obviously want to show off her dress etc, are there any other restaurants I'm missing that would make her feel as special.

The other thing is that my other daughter who will be 7yrs isn't princessy at all nor is she keen on getting a Pirates League makeover. Is there anything 'special' I can do for her whilst my youngest is having her BBB? My husband will take her. I was thinking Afternoon Tea at GF but not sure its hubby's thing! He's more of a beer man!

Any ideas??

Does the 7 yr old like to shop? Maybe a monorail tour of all the resort gift shops?

How about diner at 1900 Park Fare after you leave the park that day?

I agree with mom2rtk. Dinner at 1900 Park Fare (at the Grand Floridian) has Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, and the 2 step-sister. They are absolutely hilarious and I saw a lot of great interactions with them and the littler girls dressed like princesses.

How about the Alice and Mad Hatter tea at GF? It's for kids only so DD7 could go and enjoy it and DH could relax at the pool bar or in the lobby while she's there.

The afternoon Tea is not a particularly kid-friendly experience. I mean, you can take kids, but unless they really enjoy sitting still and talking quietly it's not likely to be a hit.

The Wonderland Tea Party is a much better idea.

love these ideas! yes, perhaps GF would be a solution. Just out of interest, how far in advance can I book Wonderland Tea Party? is it 90 days?

Wonderland Tea Party is great. DD11 and DD5 did it last month. They ended up being the ONLY ones there that day, so it was a private party. Even if that magic doesn't happen, they limit the total number of attendees so lots of interaction

I took my daughters to lunch at Akershus in Epcot after their BBB appointment, which was Princess dining. My DH took DS mini-golfing while we were at BBB and lunch.

What does your 7-year-old enjoy? At that age I would have rather just spent some one-on-one time with my dad riding Space Mountain over and over, lol.
