Bazzill Swatch Swap - everything is postal

So I went to the LSS got in and realized I left my list at home.

I got my order in today from acherryontop.com and nothing is labeled. how do i tell what color is what? that is the point of this i do have a catalog from bazzill but it is hard to be 100% on them. 5 of my 18 i can not figure out so i am going to see if the website is helpful. otherwise i will call the company in the morning and see if they can tell me how they pulled them as i did not change that order. what should we do in this situation? they also sent me a washboard color artic blue instead of my ocean.

I knew that would happen. I ordered from scrapsupply.com and put different colors in between my many shades of purple when I put them into my cart. Hopefully they will ship them in the order listed in the cart (and I put a note in the order asking them to do just that) so I can figure out. If not, I have already asked calanniebu if I can double check her swatch books.

I was able to id the others using my conformation email that they sent as it had the color blocks on it and i printed it out. i am missing gulf though. they sent me icy blue from the washboard collection. i will call them tomarrow on that and see what i can do.

i just got off of the phone with cust. svc over at acherryontop.com and they are sending my gulf paper out and letting me keep the ice blue. she said that there is no way for them to label the papers when they pull them for an order. bazzill wants you to buy their swatch book and id it that way.

I contacted scrapsupply before I placed my order. They said that they package as ordered, so I should be able to tell. I asked them to do so when I placed my order too. We'll see when it gets here.

Oh, yeah. I did all my cutting and labelling on Sunday with the intention of mailing today. I knew there was something I was forgetting today! I'll mail these out tomorrow.

I finally opened my box from scrapsupply.com. I had requested either labels or for the paper to be packaged as ordered. They included a list of the order of the paper. I am very glad they did so. I would not have been able to figure it out on my own. I took each sheet of paper out of the box, one at a time and immediately labeled it. This label will be replaced with the typed label when I cut the paper. I hope to work on this during the coming week.

I figured it would take awhile, so I brought my cutter and my labels into the other room and sat down in front of the TV. One hour long TV show, one 2 hour movie and most of another hour long show later, it was done! Granted, I had double the amount of colors, and I was occasionally stopping to watch the show more intently, so I can't be sure exactly how long it took. But much longer than I anticipated, at any rate!
