I finally opened my box from scrapsupply.com. I had requested either labels or for the paper to be packaged as ordered. They included a list of the order of the paper. I am very glad they did so. I would not have been able to figure it out on my own. I took each sheet of paper out of the box, one at a time and immediately labeled it. This label will be replaced with the typed label when I cut the paper. I hope to work on this during the coming week.

How long did it take you to complete this?

I'm doing mine and Mazda's. So far, I've worked on it for 2 hours and gotten 10 sheets cut, labeled and bagged. It is taking much longer than I had anticipated.

Label question

Burlap
Bazzill Yellow

Is this how it should read?

I don't think BAMB specified. I actually did it the other way, with the color on top and the pattern in slightly smaller sized text below that.

Sandcastle
Criss Cross

Mine look like this.

Of course that makes more sense. I already printed the lables the other way -- do you think it is acceptable?

As long as the information is there I don't think it should matter.

I think either way is fine. As long as I know the color name and pattern, I am all good. I wouldn't worry about it. :goodvibes

Another question -- how did you bag this? Each set in its own small bag? Each set rubberbanded in one big bag?

I did my labels just like Shauna, but I don't have a problem with it being the opposite way too.

I didn't have enough rubber bands in my house, but I had a lot of the very small bags (the kind you find in the beading section of a craft store), so I put each set in its own bag. If I had had rubber bands, though, I probably would have used those.

Hmmm, I've been bagging but I feel like I'm wasting them. I think I'll wrap with rubber bands and put each set in a big bag.

GREAT idea, Susan!

I am such a dope! I made 18 of each label. I need to go back and make an extra 6 of each.

sorry I have been MIA!

Crazy days here getting ready to leave and DH is hurting pretty bad from his back, looks like surgery is in the near future so I have been picking up the slack at home to try to keep him as pain free as possible.

Anyway labels either way are fine, bags or rubber bands are fine. Sorting either way is fine too (same color or 1 of each), and Michellepooh and NEE's swatches are here.

DH will be getting the mail while I am gone, and the following week mom will be getting my mail, so feel free to send the packages when ever you are ready!

Thanks for letting me know it got there Buffy. I always panic that the USPS is going to lose my stuff. Completely irrational fear, I know  .

Have a great time at SDV!! I won't even ask to tag along in your suitcase, I don't think I'd fit!!

mine went postal today. how much money were we suppose to include for send back? i could not remember and i dont think i sent enough so i will have to send the rest seperatly. thanks

trish:goodvibes

Mine went Postal on the 21st. The money for sending back is in one of the baggies.
