Bay Lake what to do?

First time renting points. We are staying at Bay Lake with a theme park view. I have searched many videos and forums and have seen some things we can do, but was wondering if anyone has been and can share experiences. We are 2 adults going in Nov if that helps.

I have been to Disney just want to know about a dvc resort. Never been to one and it seems like it offers more than a regular stay at say por.

As a renter, all of the owner perks won’t be available to you. It’ll just be like staying at any deluxe hotel.

In that case, head over to the DVC Boards and check out the Bay Lake Tower thread. The biggest difference will be in how your villa is cleaned. You'll only get services every four days and they will be limited. What size villa are you booking? That will also make a difference.

The room configurations are different at DVC resorts. The resort experience is the same as at any other Disney resort.

I looked for the listing for bay lake i couldnt find it. I think my question didnt come off as I hoped. I seen people playing mini golf(putting green) sand bag toss and such. I just didnt no if there was other things like that at the resort. Also the community hall is that only for dvc owners.. not renters?

As a renter, for instance, you can't go up to the Lounge to watch fireworks (although that may be true for owners by then). The pools and similar are just like any other resort.

You are able to walk to the MK from BLT. You can walk across to the CR and share all the amenities there when staying at BLT. You will be able to watch the MK fireworks from your balcony with a TPV! Sweet!!

Enjoy your stay! We plan to stay there in Nov-Dec 2019 as well! It's going to be awesome!

You can rent dvd's if you're in a one-bedroom villa. You just check them out and then return them when you're done free of charge. I did that when I stayed at the Boardwalk Villas. Was great when we ended up having a horribly rainy day and stayed in longer than planned.
