Do you have to be a DVC member to be able to stay at the new Bay Lake Tower?

No, you don't have to be DVC, you can make a "cash reservation." You can do this online or by calling the CRO/WDTC. Non-DVC can use pin codes/discounts and you will receive daily housekeeping service.

Non-DVC members can stay in any of the DVC resorts.
