Bay Lake Tower villas...

Planning our Feb 2016 Disney vacation already (Yes, I am an early planner). Currently I am at the 362 day mark before we embark... I am trying to reserve a 1 Bedroom Villa at Bay Lake Tower (room only for now) but was told I could not yet. I have done this in the past with standard rooms at Contemporary to ensure Theme Park view, etc. Does anyone know when the villas will become available to non-dvc members? I'm hoping I will not have to wait to July or so when all the rates and such become available. I'm told dvc members can book these Villas 11 months out.. Does the same apply to general public? Questions, Questions

DVC resorts open up at 11 months out, but cash rooms may be limited at that time.

I've been able to book Bay Lake Tower cash reservations at 11 months out before.
