We are staying at Bay Lake in two weeks. We are wondering when traveling to another park, do we need to walk to the Contemporary Resort or does Bay Lake have its own bus station? Let me know. Thanks.

BLT and the contemporary are effectively the same resort. So you have only the one bus depot between the two resorts. Be aware there is no bus to the MK. If you can't walk the distance to the MK plan on taking the monorail. Have a great time we love the BLT. :-)

You will need to walk over to the Contemporary for all the WDW transportation options like the Resort Monorail, boat to the Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness and buses to Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom/Blizzard Beach and Downtown Disney/Typhoon Lagoon. However the distance is very close and you won't be walking very far.

That also includes getting a taxi, Disney's Magical Express and other transportation options like Town Car services, valet parking since it's all located at the main entrance to the Contemporary.

Our town car service dropped off and picked up at BLT in addition to in front of Contemporary. Also, the "bus stop" is kind of in between both on the ground level.

"walking over to the contemporary" from BLT is basically shorter from some rooms in blt than some at contemporary in a lot of ways, it is right there.
