Bay Lake Tower Room Breakdown

HI, I was wondering if there is anyway to find out how many rooms have what type of view, and how many of each type room. My parents are thinking of buying in to have a Magic Kingdom view room and enough points for a studio.

I know there are 14 Grand Villas, got that information from DVC this morning. As for the total number of rooms, I've heard 295, but some of those are 2 bedrooms, some are studios, and some of those can be comined to make the three bedroom.

I've heard the view breakdown is roughly 10% standard, 70% Bay Lake, and 20% Magic Kingdom.

The member website lists the number of rooms as follows:

Total Rooms: 281

Grand Villas: 14

Dedicated 2BR: 120

2BR Lockoff: 147

With all lockoffs split into 1BRs & Studios, the maximum total rooms would be 428.

IIRC, the % of views were 11% SV, 69% LV & 20% MK

So for the 281 rooms there'd be roughly:

56 MK
194 LV
31 SV
