Bay Lake Tower refurb dates

My family and I enjoyed a great stay in a deluxe studio (lake/Contempo pool view) at BLT a couple of weeks ago. I requested "higher floor" and "near walkway to Contemporary Resort." Luckily, they assigned us a newly-refurbed studio on the 9th floor/South Tower/near the elevator. The location and view were great ... and VERY impressed w/ the room refurb, especially the change from a sofa to Murphy bed. Can't wait to stay there again!

New to this thread. When is Bay Lake scheduled to have the rooms fully refurbished completed? Also, the pool is closing from Jan-April for a refurb?

Per the DVC site, emphasis added:

From September 2024 to September 2025, room refurbishment work will take place in Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. During this time, Guests will see and hear construction work throughout Bay Lake Tower. Please allow extra time for travel as alternate paths may be utilized.

From January 26, 2026–early May 2026, the Bay Cove Pool, the Cove Bar, the water play area and the whirlpool spa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will temporarily be closed for maintenance. The Bay Lake Pool, the feature pool, the water play area and the whirlpool spa at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will remain open for Guests to enjoy.

I want the lamps..

They are lovely lamps…..but I already have the Aulani lamp at my bedside! I suppose dh can get this one for his side!

Question! If we are staying as a WDW paid guest (not using points), will Mousekeeping replenish coffee daily? Dh is an all day long coffee drinker ( how he can sleep at night is beyond me) and I wasn’t sure if I should plan on bringing our own coffee or not. Also, the coffee makers are of what type in a 2 bd?
