Bay Lake Tower questions

Hello! We have rented points and will be checking into a grand villa at Bay Lake Tower this Sunday! This is our first time staying there. I have completed online check-in but I wanted to know if BLT has its own bell services or will we need to go to the Contemporary for that? Will they hold refrigerated items or should we avoid that? We are doing a grocery run on the way there and should get there around noon, I know it could be several hours before the room is ready. Can't wait to get there!

They have their own Bell Services, but if you're using RAC for a flight home you take your bags to CR for that.

They will hold all of your items including your cold grocery items.

It's best to have items sorted in separate bags, refrigeration required, frozen, general items.
