Can someone tell me what type of batteries Pal Mickey takes and how long they usually last?

Can someone tell me what type of batteries Pal Mickey takes and how long they usually last?

AA batteries. 4 of them.

We use Pal Mickey every day for about 10 days, and on a new set of alkaline AA's he's still going strong.

You should take an extra set, though, just in case.

BTW, you'll know when he NEEDS new batteries if he starts "wiggling" (vibrating) and won't stop, even if you squeeze his hand or tummy.

Do bring extra batteries from home. Batteries at WDW are incredibly high priced.
