Can someone please tell me if there is a bathroom available somewhere in the esplanade while people are waiting for the parks to open? Thanks!!

Yes, there is. It is to the left of the DCA entrance right next to Guest Relations and Lost & Found.

The bathrooms in DTD are also open. The most obvious of those is between HaagenDaas and the Wetzels Pretzels. I've used it on the walk in from the garage, as well as when coming from the hotels.

I've used the DTD one before. There is also on at the bottom of M&F parking.
